Bingen Zubiria, Regional Minister for Culture and Language Policy and Government Spokesman, Basque Government
Bingen Zubiria has a degree in philosophy, specializing in Basque philosophy. He taught in master's degrees on Corporate Communication and Management of Innovation and Knowledge by the University of the Basque Country. In 2012 he became the director of the newspaper Deia and he is since 2016 Minister of Culture and Language Policy in the Basque Government.
