Anja Zorko is a creative industries developer, manager, and expert with over fifteen years of experience in the cultural and creative sectors. She has been actively involved in fostering cross-sectoral cooperation between the creative industries and businesses. As the Head of Centre for Creativity, the first national platform for the development of Slovenia's creative sector, Anja plays a crucial role in supporting the growth of creative industries in the country. Anja's passion for culture and creativity led her to combine her studies and knowledge of management, marketing, and communication with her love for the arts. She believes that the intersection of culture, business, and creativity holds immense potential, and that these seemingly different worlds can learn from each other. With specialties in creative industries development, organizational and project management, cross-sectoral partnerships, fundraising, and brand strategy, Anja brings a wealth of expertise to her work. She is also skilled in marketing, PR, management operations, and design management. Outside of her professional pursuits, Anja's passions include traveling, diving, photography, architecture, design, and engaging with various forms of art such as theater, museums, galleries, film, and music.
