Arthur Le Gall is an experienced Consultant with a demonstrated history of working in research, project development and strategic advice. He has experience in sport, culture policies, creative industries at international level, with expertise in research, mapping, evaluation, data collection and evaluation. He is currently the director of KEA European. This position makes him responsible for the development and management of KEA’s sport-related activities (research and projects linking sport and territorial development), the partnership development with cultural, creative and sport stakeholders and liaising with universities, research centers, consultancies and independent experts and other tasks.
