Kirsti Mathiesen Hjemdahl, CEO, Cultiva Foundation
Kirsti Mathiesen Hjemdahl is CEO of the Cultiva Foundation in Kristiansand. Cultiva has a capital base of 2,6 billion NOK to invest in its purpose, which is to secure jobs and good living conditions in Kristiansand by the means of art, culture and knowledge. Hjemdahl is board leader of the Norwegian Association of Foundations. Hjemdahl holds a Dr.Art in ethnology from the University in Bergen, and has previously been research leader at Agder Research Institute and NORCE Research Institute as well as professor II at the University of Agder.
