Lars Mattiasson, CEO and co founder of xPlot accelerator

Lars, CEO and co-founder of the xPlot platform in Sweden, activates, accelerates, and elevates startups from the Creative Industries. xPlot is part of the Swedish investor group I Love Lund and the National partner of the global organization Creative Business Network. He also works with international relations at the innovation platform Future by Lund, focusing on the sustainable cities of tomorrow and the future of urban life.

One of the co-founders of the CCI incubator, The Creative Plot, at Ideon Innovation in Lund. Named as the 4th generation business incubator in a study by Copenhagen Business School, The Creative Plot formula is based on mobility, cross-sector learning, and collaboration with an entrepreneurial mindset. Lars has many years of international experience in the Culture and Creative Industries, especially in the areas of textile/fashion, design, and production. His special interests include value-based entrepreneurship, sustainable business development, and ethical frameworks.
